River's Landing Affordable Senior Living Community provides apartments for persons age 62 years or older; accessible apartments are available. Each apartment has deadbolt locks, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire-resistant construction, assist rails in the bathrooms, and individual climate control. Our apartment community is a controlled access building with an elevator, handrails, and wheelchair access. Also, there is a lighted parking area for your convenience.

River's Landing is professionally managed by United Church Homes, Inc.

As a resident of River's Landing you will pay 30% of your adjusted monthly gross income for rent. Utilities are included (except cable, phone, and internet) in your rent. Verification of all income and assets are required.
Residents are responsible for first month rent and security deposit at the time of move in. Pet deposit may apply. Minimum 1 year lease is required. Month to month thereafter with required annual recertification.
Pets are permitted (some restrictions apply).
River's Landing is a smoke-free community. Apartments are subject to income limits and restrictions.
