TreVida Healthcare operates a growing network of skilled nursing and senior care centers united by one shared philosophy: caring for three lives, residents, families, and staff. Each TreVida center reflects our commitment to compassionate care, clinical excellence, and a supportive environment where everyone feels valued. Gables Care Center provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to both long term and short term residents.
