Northwood operates both a crisis stabilization unit and an outpatient clinic on American Way in Weirton. The crisis stabilization unit provides 24 hour care for individuals experiencing acute symptoms of addiction and psychiatric illness. Our outpatient clinic offers the following services: intake assessment, psychiatric and psychological evaluations, medication management, substance use disorder services, individual and group therapy, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for SUD, service coordination, and behavior support.
