Description of Services

Rolling Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center is a skilled nursing facility for short term care or long term care. Our facility can help with rehabilitation, therapy, wound care needs, and also offer respite services. We also have a specialty for drug and alcohol dependence patients. We have a Stepping Stones program that provides counseling and support for those individuals. Our facility is also able to continue a patients suboxone or subutex prescriptions while the patient receives medical care. Our facility also has vent services for patients with a FiO2 of 40% or below.
